# onti

onti is the AI operations layer for ecommerce, starting with Shopify merchants.
It begins with a weekly note (Commerce Intelligence): what changed across the
store, help desk, reviews, returns, and shipments, with the evidence behind each
line and a fix already drafted. Three further jobs act on what the note finds:
Customer Rescue, Revenue Rescue, and Operations Autopilot.

A merchant delegates through the agent they already use; onti gathers context
across their systems, prepares the exact change, and waits for human approval
before anything reaches a customer or touches money.
